• Items MUST BE CLEAN before they will be placed on consignment.
     
  • Pick up service is available starting at $35. Additional charges may apply.
     
  • Furniture may be brought to us, preferably on Saturdays, by appointment ONLY.
     
  • A great starting place is to email us your photos for consideration or call for an appointment.
     
  • Items that sell for over $100, the consignor (you) receives 60% of the sale. Items selling for $100 or less, consignor receives 50% of the sale.
     
  • Items are consigned for a maximum of three months.
  • Each month the item is in the store it is marked down 20% of the original price.
     
  • All consigned items on the sales floor will be marked down on the one month anniversary and again on the second month anniversary.
     
  • If the item does not sell, it is your responsibility to pick it up, before the expiration date.
     
  • If the item does not sell and you do not want the item back the item will be donated. The donation receipt will be sent to you in your name.
